In previous posts about services for sapphic fiction authors, I introduced you to I Heart SapphFic and The Lesbian Review. Another wonderful resource for indie authors of sapphic books is iReadIndies.

What is iReadIndies?

iReadIndies, run by author KC Luck, is a platform dedicated to bringing visibility to the hard work and determination that goes into self-publishing sapphic fiction. Everyone deserves recognition for their efforts, so iReadIndies is committed to advocating for independent authors in sapphic literature.

What does iReadIndies offer authors?

iReadIndies is a community for self-published authors and a hub to connect indie authors with readers, but it is also a resource. Although the plan is still evolving, they offer mentoring and peer-to-peer advice on all areas of self-publishing.

They also put together a video of monthly new releases by iReadIndies authors, send out a monthly newsletter, and post about new releases on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Any author who is currently publishing independently, has a self-published sapphic story available (or soon to be available) for purchase, and is interested in being a part of the iReadIndies author collective, can find out more information and apply on their website.

Membership and all services are free of charge, and authors of all experience levels are welcome. For additional questions, contact iReadIndies at contact@ireadindies.com.
